CPU and GPU skyrockets to 100% when playing Uplay games Every game I play on uplay it uses up 100% of my GPU and CPU. The temperature also goes up to 70c, but i hear that its normal. But it sounds like my computer is going to explode.

Just for shiggles I'd check the priority in your task manager for steam , see if it's set to high. Or change the start page to your library in settings , close and re-open steam and just don't open the store. Dunno why but it worked for me a few updates ago. Or it was just a most excellent coincidence.
